Treatment E-Vouchers FAQ's

How do I buy a package as a gift?

You can purchase a package voucher via our online shop. Vouchers are sent digitally, making them perfect for easy, last-minute gifting.

Can package vouchers be used all year round?

Our standard package vouchers can usually be redeemed any time within their validity period. Christmas packages may have specific dates they need to be used by – these will be clearly stated on the voucher.

There isn’t a voucher code on my e-voucher – is something wrong?

Don’t worry — your voucher is still valid.
For our treatment packages, the voucher code is your ORDER NUMBER.
Please use this number when booking or redeeming your voucher in-salon.

Can I swap or change the services in a package?

Our treatment packages are created as fixed combinations of services to offer the best possible value. This means they cannot be changed or swapped for alternative treatments.
However, we do offer a range of optional upgrades available in-salon, such as premium treatments, enhanced finishes or additional services. If you’d like to personalise your experience, simply speak to your stylist on the day and they’ll be happy to advise on upgrade options.

Do I have to use all services in the package on the same day?

Our packages are designed to be enjoyed as a complete experience in one visit. If you have any special requirements, please contact the salon and we’ll do our best to advise.

I haven’t received my e-voucher – what should I do?

Our e-vouchers are sent at 5pm on the day of purchase.

  • If you buy a voucher after 5pm, it will be sent at 5pm the following day.

  • Please check your spam, junk or promotions folders, as occasionally emails may land there.
