Can I have my products delivered to my home?
How will I know when my order is ready?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email (or a call if needed) letting you know your click and collect hair products are ready for collection.
How long will it take before I can collect my order?
Orders from our hair products online store are usually ready within 1–2 working days. If there’s any delay, your chosen salon will contact you directly.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Yes, that’s no problem! Please make sure they bring a copy of your order confirmation.
Do you stock all the same products online as in the salon?
Our professional hair products online shop features a wide range of our most popular brands, styling tools, and electricals, but some salon-only items may not be listed. If you can’t find something in our hair products online store, give your salon a call.

How much do appointments at Hair Ministry cost?
At Hair Ministry, we believe in complete honesty and transparency when it comes to pricing. Our salons work on a tiered structure – with prices varying in accordance with your chosen stylist’s level of experience. A full, up-to-date list of our services, stylist levels, and their associated costs can be found both on our prices page and within our booking system.

What are Hair Ministry’s opening hours?
Hair Ministry’s opening times vary from salon to salon. To view our full, up-to-date hours, select your chosen location below.
We understand that day-to-day life can make attending hair and beauty appointments during regular hours difficult. That’s why each of our salons offers late opening hours. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, you’ll be able to visit us up until 7pm and 6pm respectively.
Where are the Hair Ministry salons?
In or around Ipswich? You’re never far from a Hair Ministry salon. Our group is made up of four leading salons staffed by four brilliant teams.
Our Foxhall Road salon can be found at 316-318 Foxhall Road, Ipswich, IP3 8JB. It offers a comprehensive range of hair colour services completed by in-house qualified colour masters, expert cutting, traditional styling, occasion hair, and more, in addition to a wide selection of beauty therapies!
Hair Ministry Pinewood is located at Laburnum Close, Pinewood, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP8 3SL. It’s a unisex salon known across the county for hair cutting, colouring, and styling – specialising in wedding and prom hair.
The latest addition to the Hair Ministry Group family, our Kesgrave salon specialises in hair cutting, colouring, conditioning treatments, the Fabriq smoothing system, and wedding and bridal hair services. It can be found at 27 Main Road, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP5 1AQ.
Hair Ministry Capel St Mary is home to some of Suffolk’s top stylists, colour technicians and creative cutting specialists. Its location is brilliantly convenient for those living in the villages surrounding Ipswich. You’ll find the salon at 42 The Street, Capel St Mary, Ipswich, IP9 2EP.
What is a patch test and when do I need one?
A patch test is a simple allergy check completed 48 hours before a hair or beauty service. It involves applying a small amount of the product used for your particular treatment on the inside crease of your arm.
While most people don’t experience any adverse reactions to the products used, it’s important to note that allergies can develop at any time, even if you’ve been exposed to them before without any problems.
You should book your patch test in the week approaching your appointment date, but no more than 48 hours before in order to give enough time for any reactions to appear. If you experience any discomfort, redness, or itching at the patch test site, you should let your stylist know immediately, and they’ll advise you on the best course of action.
Is Hair Ministry a Covid-Secure salon?
