These Terms and Conditions govern the membership offered by Hair Ministry Ltd to individual clients (“Members”). By enrolling in the membership programme, you (“the Member”) agree to the following terms.
– The membership has a contract length of a minimum of 3 months.
– After the initial term, it will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled.
– Members may not cancel during the first 3 months.
– After this period, you may cancel by emailing memberships@hairministry.co.uk
– Credit remaining will be transferred to a gift card if the salon membership is cancelled. However, the gift card will not carry the 10% salon membership discount.
– No refunds will be issued for payments already made, except as required by applicable law.
– If you sign up online or outside the salon premises, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of sign-up for a full refund, provided you have not used any membership services during that period.
– To exercise this right, contact Hair Ministry in writing within the 14-day period.
– Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file.
– You agree to keep your payment details up to date.
– If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be suspended until resolved.
– Included services or credits follow the following rollover policy: Credits rollover on a month to month basis.
– Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
– All bookings are subject to availability.
– Members are expected to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
– Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or fees.
– Members may request to pause (freeze) their membership for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months per year.
– Freeze requests must be made in writing with sufficient notice.
– Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is frozen.
– Hair Ministry Ltd may update membership terms or pricing with at least 14 days notice.
– If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
– Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.
– You must be 18+ to be able to sign up for a salon membership.
– By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all salon policies.
– Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law.
– These terms are governed by applicable local laws in your region.
The 10% Salon Membership Discount Terms:
– Valid to the named card/account holder only.
– Valid on selected services. Some exclusions apply.
– Credit or Discounts cannot be used on Academy services or ‘model appointments’.
– Excludes self-employed company services based at Hair Ministry.

– Excludes electrical purchases.

– The 10% discount benefit is only valid while the salon membership is active. Once a salon membership is cancelled, the discount no longer applies.
Salon Subscription Credit Terms:
– Credits are applied to the account holder only.
– Credit will be applied on the sign-up date and can be redeemed against selected services and products.
– Credit excludes purchases of gift cards, electricals, packages & courses.
– Credit excludes purchases of special offers & promotions.
– Where credit is available, credit will be redeemed against transactions.
– Credit cannot be refunded.

For £50 a month, you’ll receive £50 credit to use in the salon, plus 10% off selected services and products while your membership is active.
