Lash extensions are applied by hand by a trained professional. Before getting started, they’ll typically map out the lash lengths and application points required to achieve the final result you’ve requested, ensure your lashes are clean of any product, and apply under-eye pads to protect your skin and lower lashes.

Using a pair of tweezers, they’ll start the process by separating one of your natural lashes from the others, before taking a single lash extension (or a fan of extensions in the case of volume lashes), dipping the end into a tiny dot of adhesive, and then carefully attaching it. This process is repeated until the desired look is achieved.

Post-application, your brand-new lashes will be left to dry for a few moments before you’re able to open your eyes and admire them!
